CIS Access and Security Information -
For both client and CIT security, we strive to protect against unauthorized access.
- You must actually key your User Name and Password.
- Your user account will lock upon three failed logon attempts.
- Sharing CIS user ids and passwords is strongly discouraged.
If you are locked out or need a password reset, contact the Client Support Services Help Desk. We will verify your user account, including your email address, and the system will automatically generate and email a new password.
If multiple users in your company access CIS we will be happy to setup as many user accounts as necessary.
